The Kensington MY310 EQ (K72481WW) is a mid-size wireless productivity mouse with an ergonomic contoured shape, soft rubber panels and sculpted buttons. Its optical sensor offers three selectable sensitivity levels of 800, 1200 and 1600 DPI, while six controls include dedicated back and forward navigation buttons, clickable scroll wheel and DPI switch. A 2.4GHz USB-A nano receiver provides the wireless connection with AES-128 encryption.
Compatibility — check before buying:
The MY310 EQ connects exclusively through the included 2.4GHz USB-A nano receiver; it is not a Bluetooth mouse. Kensington lists support for Windows 10 and above, macOS 10.14 and above, and ChromeOS V91 and above. KensingtonWorks customisation software is supported on Windows and macOS. A USB-A port is required for the receiver.

Singular Expert Insight
The MY310 EQ is designed for mainstream productivity rather than gaming. Its most useful combination is the ergonomic mid-size body, browser navigation buttons and three hardware DPI settings. The USB receiver stores inside the mouse, which is useful when moving between desks, and the quoted battery life reaches up to 12 months under normal use. One important distinction from Kensington's newer multi-mode models is connectivity: this K72481WW version is 2.4GHz USB-A only and does not include Bluetooth.
