KMP Drum Unit — Replaces Brother DR-2510
Replaces DR-2510Compatible (KMP)Toner not includedBrother mono lasers
The KMP 1270,7000 is a compatible drum unit that replaces the Brother DR-2510 in Brother HL-L2400, HL-L2865DW, DCP-L2620DW and MFC-L2860DW-series mono lasers.
It is the cost-effective way to replace a worn drum on these compact office printers while keeping your existing toner cartridge.
Before you order: This is a compatible drum (not a Brother original). The drum and toner are separate parts on these printers — order TN-2510 / TN-2510XL toner separately. KMP does not publish its own page yield; Brother rates the original DR-2510 at 15,000 pages.
What's in the Box
- 1 × KMP drum unit (replaces Brother DR-2510), single pack
What It Means in Practice
- Replace when your Brother printer indicates the drum needs replacing.
- Drum and toner are separate parts on these printers: move your existing TN-2510 / TN-2510XL toner into the new drum unit.
- Check the model list below — the DR-2510 family covers the current Brother HL-L2xxx, DCP-L2xxx and MFC-L2xxx generation.
What Will Not Work
- Brother printers that use a different drum type than the DR-2510.
- Replacing toner — the drum unit ships without toner.
- Colour Brother lasers.
