KMP E255X Ink Cartridge Replacing Epson T9451 (C13T945140), Black, 65 ml, 5,000 Pages, for WorkForce Pro WF-C5290, WF-C5790

The KMP E255X (1645,4001) is a high-capacity black ink cartridge that replaces the Epson T9451 XL (C13T945140) in the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C5200 and WF-C5700 business printers. It is meant for offices that print a high volume of documents and want to reduce cost per page.

KMP fills it with 65 ml of black ink and rates it at 5,000 A4 pages to ISO/IEC 24711, matching the XL class of these printers.

• 1x black ink cartridge, replaces Epson T9451 XL (C13T945140), 65 ml
• No colour cartridges, maintenance box or printer included

• At 5,000 pages per cartridge, a typical small office changes the black only a few times a year.
• The colour cartridges (T9452 to T9454 or T9442 to T9444) are separate; replace only the colour that runs out.
• Install each cartridge the same way as the original: remove the orange clip or protective tape, push it into the matching colour slot until it clicks, and close the cover.
• The printer may show a one-time message that a non-original cartridge was detected; confirm it on the panel and printing continues normally.
• Print a nozzle check after the swap. If one colour shows gaps, one standard cleaning cycle normally clears it; repeated deep cleaning only wastes ink.
• Store spare cartridges sealed, upright and at room temperature, and use them within the date printed on the pack.

• Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C5300, WF-C5800 or WF-C4800 printers: they use different cartridge families.
• Epson EcoTank or Expression printers: bottle or different cartridge systems.
• Printers that are not on the compatibility list, even from the same brand and family: cartridge shape and chip differ between series.
• Refilling or swapping chips between cartridges: the cartridges are supplied ready to use and are not meant to be refilled by the user.
