KMP E256X for Epson T9452: 39 ml cyan for WorkForce Pro WF-C5000 printers
Replaces Epson T9452Cyan, 39 ml5,000 pagesBusiness inkjet
The KMP E256X (1645,4003) is a high-capacity cyan ink cartridge that replaces the Epson T9452 XL (C13T945240) in the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C5200 and WF-C5700 business printers. It suits offices that print colour documents, charts and presentations in volume.
KMP fills it with 39 ml of cyan ink and rates it at 5,000 A4 pages.
Before you order: This is the cyan cartridge only. Magenta and yellow (T9453, T9454) and the black (T9451) are separate products.
What's in the Box
- 1x cyan ink cartridge, replaces Epson T9452 XL (C13T945240), 39 ml
- No other colours, maintenance box or printer included
What It Means in Practice
- Replace only the colour that is empty; the other cartridges keep working.
- At 5,000 pages, the cyan lasts a long time even in colour-heavy offices.
- Install each cartridge the same way as the original: remove the orange clip or protective tape, push it into the matching colour slot until it clicks, and close the cover.
- The printer may show a one-time message that a non-original cartridge was detected; confirm it on the panel and printing continues normally.
- Print a nozzle check after the swap. If one colour shows gaps, one standard cleaning cycle normally clears it; repeated deep cleaning only wastes ink.
- Store spare cartridges sealed, upright and at room temperature, and use them within the date printed on the pack.
What Will Not Work
- Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C5300, WF-C5800 or WF-C4800 printers: different cartridge families.
- Magenta, yellow or black slots: this cartridge fits the cyan slot only.
- Printers that are not on the compatibility list, even from the same brand and family: cartridge shape and chip differ between series.
- Refilling or swapping chips between cartridges: the cartridges are supplied ready to use and are not meant to be refilled by the user.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
In colour office printing, cyan is often the first colour to run out, so a 39 ml compatible is a cost-effective spare for a WorkForce Pro WF-C5290 or WF-C5790. Make sure you order the cyan and not a different colour by mistake. More options are in our compatible ink range.
✓ Buy it if your WF-C5200 or WF-C5700-series printer needs a new cyan.
✕ Skip it if you need magenta, yellow or black, or your printer is a WF-C5300/5800 model.
→ Also consider the KMP E255X (1645,4001) black for the same printers.
Not sure it fits? Send us your printer model (printed on the front panel or the label under the scanner lid) and we will check the cartridge match before you order.
