The Lanberg AK-1015-B is a 19-inch full-depth fixed shelf for open racks, 1U high with a 480.5 x 580 mm surface and a maximum static load of 120 kg, finished in black. It turns an open frame rack into a place for heavy non-rackmount equipment such as tower servers, large UPS units, NAS enclosures or monitors.
Lanberg built it for its Open Rack 19-inch frames 800 mm deep, second version (V2). With a 120 kg rating it is one of the strongest single shelves in this range, suited to server rooms and labs using open frames rather than closed cabinets.
Before you order: Lanberg states this shelf fits only Lanberg OpenRack 19-inch V2 frames 800 mm deep (for example OR01-6822-B, OR01-6827-B, OR01-6832-B, OR01-6842-B). It can also go into a 1000 mm OpenRack if the mounting rails are moved to match the shelf depth. It is not intended for closed cabinets or other brands.

What It Means in Practice
- Full-depth 580 mm surface carries tower servers or large UPS units that would overhang a short shelf.
- 120 kg static load lets you place heavy equipment without a second shelf underneath.
- In a 1000 mm deep OpenRack you can still use it by adjusting the rail spacing to the shelf depth.
- Mounting hardware is not listed in the package - use the rack hardware or add a cage nut set.
What Will Not Work
- First-version (V1) Lanberg open racks - Lanberg specifies OpenRack V2 only.
- Closed wall or floor cabinets, and open racks from other brands.
- Open racks 800 mm deep from other manufacturers, even if the depth looks the same.
- Dynamic loads - 120 kg is a static rating.
