Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Lindy Black Line and Anthra Line DVI cables?
Both use 28 AWG tinned copper, triple shielding and a 10-year warranty. Black Line (like the 36254) is the entry range with nickel-plated connector shells; Anthra Line (like the 36224) adds 24K gold-plated connector shells and a slimmer bend radius for tidier installations.
Will the Lindy 36254 work with a DVI-I graphics card port?
Yes. A DVI-D male plug fits DVI-I sockets and carries the digital signal; only analog VGA use through adapters is not supported.
Singular Expert Insight
A dependable 5 m dual-link DVI cable with genuine Lindy specs and a 10-year warranty at a sensible price. If you want premium connectors for a visible installation, the Anthra Line 36224 is the step up at the same length; the 3 m Black Line 36253 suits closer displays.
✓ Buy it if you need a 5 m dual-link DVI-D cable with a long warranty for a 2560x1600 monitor or projector.
✕ Skip it if your source only has HDMI or DisplayPort outputs.
→ Also consider Lindy 36224 Anthra Line (5 m, gold-plated connectors) or Lindy 36253 (3 m).
