Lindy 40461 — USB-A Port Blocker Extra Lock Pack, Green (10x Locks)
10 blockersUSB-A portsKey not includedGreen colour-coded
The Lindy 40461 is the USB-A Port Blocker Extra Lock Pack, Green (10x Locks): ten green locking caps that fill unused USB-A ports so nobody can plug in a USB stick, drive or unknown device. Each blocker is pushed in by hand and stays in the port until it is pulled out with a green Lindy key. In practice it closes the spare USB ports of reception PCs, classroom machines, kiosks and point-of-sale terminals, and keeps dust out of ports you do not use. This is a refill: there is no key in the pack, so you need a green key from the kit 40451 or the extra key 40621. The blockers need no drivers or configuration, so they work the same on Windows, macOS, Linux, thin clients and embedded systems, and they can be moved to other machines with the key whenever desks and roles change.
Compatibility — check before buying:
No key in this pack. Lindy keys are colour-coded and only open blockers of the same colour, so these green blockers need a green key: the Extra Key 40621 or the Kit 40451 (1 key + 4 locks). Without it, fitted blockers cannot be removed. They fit standard USB-A ports only — not USB-C, micro-USB or network ports. Lindy does not publish a fit for ports recessed deep inside a case; if yours sit behind a cover, send us the device model and we check it.
Best For
✓ Reception and kiosk PCs
✓ Classroom and lab computers
✓ Point-of-sale terminals
✓ Servers and thin clients
✓ Shared office desktops
✓ Colour-coding ports by team or zone
Key Features
Locks into the port
Each blocker is pushed into a free USB-A port by hand and stays until released with the green key.
Ten per pack
A refill of ten green blockers for covering more machines with the key you already hold.
Colour-coded control
Lindy keys open only blockers of the same colour, so a green set stays under the control of the green key holders.
Visible deterrent
A coloured blocker shows at a glance that a port is controlled, and an empty port shows that one is missing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a key included?
No. The pack contains ten green blockers only. To fit and remove them you need a green Lindy key: the Extra Key 40621 or the Kit 40451 (1 key + 4 locks). Order it with the pack if you do not have one.
Will a key from another colour open it?
No. Lindy states keys only work with blockers of the same colour. That is deliberate — it lets each team or zone keep its own colour.
Does it fit USB 3.x ports?
Yes, the USB-A connector has the same shape on USB 2.0 and USB 3.x ports. Lindy does not publish a fit for ports recessed deep in a case — send us the model if in doubt.
Does it fit USB-C ports?
No. These fit USB-A only. For USB-C and Thunderbolt ports, Lindy makes separate USB-C port blocker kits and packs.
Singular Expert Insight
We sell the 40461 as the refill for a Lindy green USB-A set — if you do not own the green key yet, add the Extra Key 40621 or start with the Kit 40451. Pick one colour per team or zone and stay with it, because keys do not cross colours, and use blockers alongside USB policies in your operating system. Every order comes with Singular’s local support in Cyprus. See our

Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You hold a green Lindy USB-A key, or are ordering one, and need ten more blockers. Ten blockers cover the spare ports of two or three typical desktops.
Skip it if
You have no green key and are not ordering one, or your ports are USB-C. In that case look at the Green kit 40451 first.
