Logitech K120 — Wired USB Keyboard, German QWERTZ
Full sizeSpill resistantTilt legsNo software
The K120 is the keyboard that ends up on more desks than any other, and the reason is that it does not ask anything of you. It is a full-size board with an integrated number pad, so data entry, calculations and navigation all happen without a second device. Logitech’s own description of the feel is precise: a curved space bar and easy-to-read keys for a comfortable and familiar typing experience, over deep-profile keys with a springy, responsive bounce-back. It is spill resistant and stands on sturdy tilt legs with adjustable height. Connection is USB plug and play — in Logitech’s words, no downloads, no setup, no fuss. This part number is the German QWERTZ version. Logitech publishes a carbon footprint of 4.02 kg CO2e for it.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Two things to check and one to know. First, the layout: this code is the German QWERTZ board, with Y and Z swapped relative to a UK keyboard and umlauts beside the letter keys. Logitech builds the K120 in a long list of layouts under different part numbers — Swiss, Belgian, UK, French, Hungarian, Italian, Spanish and others — that are visually identical, so order by the code. If your users need a Greek or UK board, tell us and we will send that one. Second, spill resistant is not waterproof: it means the board survives a knocked-over drink long enough to be unplugged, drained and dried, not that it can be washed or submerged. Third, this is a wired USB keyboard and it is meant to be: nothing to charge, nothing to pair, no receiver occupying a port, which is exactly why it suits shared desks and machines nobody wants to maintain. On the gaps: Logitech does not publish dimensions, weight, cable length or a key-life figure for the K120 on its own product page, so we quote none — ask us and we will measure a unit before you order a quantity.
Best For
✓ Office desks that need a keyboard and no attention
✓ Rollouts where one code has to cover everyone
✓ German-language sites and users
✓ Shared machines, receptions and classrooms
✓ Data entry that needs a full number pad
✓ Anyone replacing a failed board today
Key Features
Nothing to set up
Plug into the USB port and type. No downloads, no software, no account — which is why it works on locked-down machines and why nobody ever calls about it.
Built for the inevitable spill
A spill-resistant design, so a knocked-over cup means unplug, drain and dry rather than a replacement and a lost afternoon.
A familiar, deliberate feel
Deep-profile keys with a springy bounce-back and a curved space bar — the layout muscle memory already knows.
Sturdy legs, adjustable height
Tilt legs that hold their position, so the angle you set on day one is the angle it is on day two hundred.

Singular Expert Insight
The K120 is the default answer to “we need keyboards” for a reason: it is cheap, it is spill resistant, and it generates no support calls. Order by the layout code and stop thinking about it. See our German QWERTZ keyboards and our keyboard accessories.
