The EFB-Elektronik EC020100003 is a shielded Cat.6A RJ45 keystone module for 10 Gigabit Ethernet: a zinc die-cast jack with 360° shield contact and insulation-displacement terminals that need no special tool. It suits installers and IT teams building shielded Cat.6A links in patch panels and wall outlets.

EFB rates it up to 500 MHz and lists it as 4PPoE certified, so it can carry four-pair Power over Ethernet. It accepts round cable with solid conductors up to 8.5 mm cable diameter and locks into the keystone opening with a latching mechanism.

Before you order: For a shielded installation the panel or outlet and the cable must also be shielded and earthed; the module alone does not make a link shielded.
