The Manhattan 339100 is a 1.8 m two-pin power cord with a Euro plug (CEE 7/16) and an IEC C7 “figure-8” socket, the cord used by games consoles, inkjet printers, TVs, radios, set-top boxes and many small power adapters.
Manhattan moulds both connectors with strain relief and rates the cord at 2.5 A for 230 V mains, backed by its lifetime warranty.
Before you order: Cyprus wall sockets are BS 1363 (UK 3-pin). The Euro plug fits only through a Euro-to-UK adapter, or directly into a Schuko power strip.

What It Means in Practice
- Replaces the figure-8 cord on devices with a two-pin C8 inlet, such as games consoles, inkjet printers, small TVs and audio equipment.
- Being two-core, it is meant for Class II (double-insulated) devices — which is exactly what a C8 inlet indicates.
- 1.8 m reaches from a floor-level power strip to a TV unit or desk.
What Will Not Work
- It does not plug into a Cyprus BS 1363 wall socket without an adapter.
- It does not fit cloverleaf (C6) laptop adapters — those need a C5 cord.
- It does not fit three-pin C14 inlets on PCs and monitors — those need a C13 cord.
- It has no earth conductor, so it does not replace an earthed cord.
