Manhattan 301152 · IEC C14 to C13 Power Extension Cable, 1.8 m
C14 → C131.8 m10 A / 250 VLifetime warranty
The Manhattan 301152 is a 1.8 m IEC power extension cable with a C14 plug on one end and a C13 socket on the other, built for anyone who needs to reach a PC, monitor, server or printer from a UPS, a rack PDU or an existing kettle-type power cord that is too short.
It uses H05VV-F 3G 0.75 mm² cable with 100% bare copper conductors and is rated 10 A at 250 V, the standard rating for C13/C14 connections on office and data-centre equipment.
Before you order: This cable has no wall plug. In Cyprus it needs either a UPS or PDU with C13 outlets, or an existing power cord with a BS 1363 (UK 3-pin) plug and C13 end that you want to lengthen.
What's in the Box
- 1 x Manhattan power extension cable, IEC C14 plug to IEC C13 socket, 1.8 m (bagged)
What It Means in Practice
- Plug the C14 end into a UPS or rack PDU C13 outlet and the C13 end into the device: most desktop PCs, monitors, servers, switches and laser printers take a C14 inlet.
- Plug an existing C13 cord into the C14 end to add 1.8 m between the wall cable and the device, for example when a tower PC sits under the desk away from the socket.
- 10 A covers typical office loads; a high-end workstation or server PSU still sits well within it in normal use.
What Will Not Work
- It will not plug into a wall socket: there is no BS 1363 or Schuko plug on this cable.
- It does not fit C19/C20 (16 A) inlets used on large servers, blade chassis and high-power UPS units.
- It does not fit laptop power bricks with a C5 (cloverleaf) or C7 (figure-8) inlet.
- It is not a surge protector and adds no protection to the connected device.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
IEC extension cables are the quiet fix for most UPS and rack installations: the UPS ships with only a couple of short cords, and the devices sit further away than expected. 1.8 m is the practical length for reaching from a floor-standing UPS to a desk, or across a rack. If you are wiring a rack, also look at our rack PDUs and rack accessories so every device gets a C13 outlet close by.
✓ Buy it if you need to connect a PC, monitor or server to a UPS or PDU C13 outlet, or lengthen an existing C13 power cord.
✕ Skip it if you need a cord that plugs straight into a Cyprus wall socket (choose a BS 1363 to C13 cord) or your device has a C19/C20, C5 or C7 inlet.
→ Also consider a 0.5 m C14 to C13 cable for tidy rack patching, or a C14 to C19 cable for high-power UPS outlets.
