MediaRange MR908NTRL — 8 GB USB 2.0 Swivel Flash Drive (Neutral, Unprinted)
8 GB capacityUSB 2.0 Type-AAluminium swivel, no cap to loseUnprinted — ready for your logo
The MediaRange MR908NTRL is a 8 GB USB 2.0 flash drive with an aluminium swivel housing over an ABS body, sold under the MediaRange part number MR908NTRL and EAN 4260664872139. It is the neutral, unprinted version of the standard silver-and-black swivel stick: same hardware, no MediaRange logo, bulk packed, and intended for businesses that want to print their own logo or hand out drives with documents. MediaRange publishes a read speed of 13 to 17 MB/s and a write speed of 4 MB/s for this 8 GB version, which puts it firmly in the document, photo and small-file category rather than video work. Filling all 8 GB at the published write speed takes roughly about 34 minutes, so buy it for handing files over, backups of office documents and driver or firmware sticks — not for daily large transfers. If you are unsure whether USB 2.0 is enough for what you do, tell us what you plan to copy and we will point you to the right drive.
Compatibility — check before buying:
The plug is USB Type-A. It works in any USB-A port on a PC, laptop, TV, car stereo or printer, and it also runs in USB 3.x ports at USB 2.0 speed. It does NOT fit a phone, tablet or a laptop that has only USB-C ports unless you add a USB-C to USB-A adapter. MediaRange does not publish the file system this neutral version ships with, so check it on first use and reformat to FAT32 or exFAT if your device asks for it. Do not confuse it with the multi-packs: MR910-3 is three separate 16 GB drives, and MR911 is the 32 GB size.

Key Features
Swivel housing, nothing to lose
An aluminium clip rotates over the USB plug. There is no cap to misplace and the plug stays covered in a pocket or bag. The body underneath is ABS plastic, silver and black.
Honest USB 2.0 speed
MediaRange publishes 13 to 17 MB/s read and 4 MB/s write for this neutral article. That is fine for documents and photos; a full 8 GB takes about about 34 minutes to write.
Neutral body for your own branding
Sold without the MediaRange imprint and bulk packed, so it can be printed with a company logo or handed out unbranded. Tell us the quantity and we will quote it as a bulk order.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the MR908NTRL fast enough for video files?
Not really. At 4 MB/s write, a 2 GB film takes about 9 minutes to copy onto it. It is designed for documents, photos and music. For regular video work choose a USB 3.2 Gen 1 drive.
Does the MR908NTRL work with a phone or a USB-C laptop?
Only through a USB-C to USB-A adapter, because the plug is standard USB-A. If your device has only USB-C, tell us and we will suggest a USB-C or dual-plug drive instead.
What does “neutral” or “NTRL” mean on the MR908NTRL?
It is the same silver-and-black swivel drive without any MediaRange printing, packed in bulk rather than a retail blister. Businesses buy it to print their own logo or to hand out unbranded. The printed retail version is MR908.
How many can I order and can you print our logo?
It is bulk packed for exactly that. Tell us the quantity and send us your artwork; we will quote the drives and the printing together.
Singular Expert Insight
Within the MediaRange USB 2.0 swivel ladder (MR907 4 GB, MR908 8 GB, MR910 16 GB, MR911 32 GB, MR912 64 GB, MR913 128 GB) the MR908NTRL is the 8 GB step. Choose the neutral version only if you plan to print it or hand it out unbranded; for a single drive for yourself the retail MR908 is the same hardware on a blister card. Tell us how you will use it and we will confirm it is the right size and speed before you order.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You need a cheap, sturdy 8 GB stick for documents, photos, printer jobs or a driver kit, and you like a metal swivel with no cap to lose.
Skip it if
You copy video or multi-gigabyte files regularly — 4 MB/s write means a full 8 GB takes about about 34 minutes. Or your laptop or phone has only USB-C.
Also consider
The printed retail MR908 if you only need one drive, or the MR1951 USB-C 16 GB at up to 50 MB/s if your devices are USB-C.
