Mobilis Ultra Rugged Case for iPad 11" (A16) & iPad 10.9" (10th Gen) — Grey
iPad 11" A16 & 10.9" 10th Gen300 drops from 1.2 mTransparent backGrey
The Mobilis Ultra Rugged 062007 is a heavy-duty protective case in grey for the Apple iPad 11-inch (A16, 2025) and iPad 10.9-inch (10th generation), tested by Mobilis to withstand 300 drops from 1.2 metres — made for schools, field teams and shared tablets.
A semi-rigid body with four reinforced corners absorbs impacts, while a clear polycarbonate back with anti-scratch coating keeps the iPad visible. A built-in magnetic tripod stand and a stylus slot are integrated into the case.
Before you order: This is an open-front case — it does not cover the screen and has no sleep/wake flap. Add a screen protector for full screen protection.
What's in the Box
- 1 × Mobilis Ultra Rugged case for iPad 11" (A16) / iPad 10.9" (10th gen), grey
- iPad and stylus not included
What It Means in Practice
- Drops from desk or hand height — the typical classroom or warehouse accident — are what this case is tested against (1.2 m, 300 drops).
- The clear back shows school or company asset labels without removing the case.
- Stand the iPad on its tripod stand for video or presentations; the magnet keeps the stand closed when not in use.
- The colour makes it easy to tell devices apart in a mixed fleet — also in red (062008) and blue (062009).
What Will Not Work
- iPad 10.2" (7th–9th gen), iPad Air, iPad Pro and iPad mini — different dimensions and camera position.
- No front cover: the screen is not protected in a bag and the iPad does not sleep automatically.
- Not compatible with keyboard folios — the reinforced corners add thickness.

Frequently Asked Questions
Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
For a base iPad deployed in a school or used by field staff, a tested rugged case is cheaper than one screen repair. The clear back and colour options make it practical for fleets where devices need to be identified at a glance. Browse our iPad accessories range for folio cases if the iPad stays on a desk.
✓ Buy it if the iPad is shared, carried around or used by students and you want tested drop protection with a stand.
✕ Skip it if you prefer a slim folio that covers the screen and sleeps the iPad.
→ Also consider the Mobilis All in Case with hand and shoulder strap for the same iPad if users carry it all day.
