Compatibility — check before buying:
This is a fixed mount with micro adjustment, not a tilting or full-motion one — which is exactly right for a video wall, where every panel has to sit in the same plane. The 3 degrees of adjustment is what closes the gaps between screens after they are up, and it is the single most important feature on a wall of four or nine displays. The pull-out service access lets an individual panel come forward for maintenance without dismantling its neighbours. VESA covers fourteen patterns from 200 x 200 to 600 x 400 mm. On the wall: Neomounts’ manual specifies solid brick or concrete — a wood stud or drywall substrate is not an approved base for this mount. It is lockable with a padlock, which is not supplied. Can I fit it to a stud wall?
Neomounts’ manual specifies solid brick or concrete for this mount, and does not approve wood stud or drywall. A video wall concentrates a lot of weight in a small area, so the substrate matters more than usual. Send us the wall details and we will advise.
Why does it not tilt?
Because a video wall must be flat. Every panel has to sit in the same plane for the seams to disappear, so the mount is fixed with 3 degrees of micro adjustment for alignment instead. If you want a single screen that tilts, we will point you at a different mount.
