The Neomounts NOTEBOOK-D100 is a full-motion laptop desk mount: a clamp-on arm with a laptop tray that holds one 10-22" notebook weighing up to 10 kg and lets you tilt, swivel and raise it off the desk surface. It is meant for offices, reception desks and counters where the laptop is used next to a monitor, or where desk space is short.

The arm has two pivot points, so you can pull the laptop towards you or push it back out of the way (depth 0-57 cm), raise it up to 26 cm above the base position, tilt the tray by 30° and swivel it through 180°. Neomounts specifies a black steel construction and integrated cable management from the clamp to the notebook, so the power cable runs along the arm rather than across the desk.
