The Noctua NH-D15 is a dual-tower air cooler that has held a position at or near the top of CPU cooler performance rankings since its introduction. It uses six copper heatpipes spread across two aluminium fin stacks, with two NF-A15 PWM fans in a push-pull arrangement to drive airflow through both towers simultaneously. Noctua rates it at 250W+ TDP capacity — sufficient for overclocked Intel Core i9 and AMD Ryzen 9 processors.
