The Owl Labs Meeting Owl 3 is an all-in-one 360° conference camera, microphone and speaker that sits in the middle of the meeting table and connects to a computer over one USB-C cable. Its Owl Intelligence System automatically focuses the 1080p image on whoever is speaking, so remote participants follow the conversation as if they were at the table.
It suits small and medium meeting rooms, classrooms and flexible spaces where a front-of-room camera would leave people at the far end of the table hard to see and hear.
Before you order: The Meeting Owl 3 needs a host computer connected over USB-C — it does not run meetings by itself and does not work with phone or tablet meeting apps.

What It Means in Practice
- From the centre of the table the 360° lens sees every face, not the backs of heads.
- Eight omni microphones pick up voices up to 5.5 m away, so nobody has to lean in.
- The 360° speaker spreads remote voices around the table.
- Plug in one USB-C cable and the Owl appears as camera, mic and speaker in Teams, Zoom, Meet or Webex — no drivers.
What Will Not Work
- It will not work stand-alone or with phone/tablet meeting apps — a computer is required.
- It has no HDMI, Ethernet or battery; it needs mains power.
- Video range is about 3 m — for long boardrooms a front-of-room camera with zoom is better.
- The stand, tripod and Expansion Mic are sold separately.
