The Oxford 400121610 is a TOUCH Collegeblock A4+ spiral pad with squared paper and margins on the left and right (Oxford ruling 28), on high-grade 90 g/m² OPTIK PAPER, with a black matte soft-touch card cover — for school, university and office notes that may later be torn out and filed.

OPTIK PAPER is silky-smooth and, according to Oxford, ink and fountain-pen ink do not show through. A double spiral lets the pad open a full 360°, and microperforation plus 4-hole punching mean torn-out pages go straight into standard folders and ring binders. The “+” in A4+ makes each torn-out page a full A4 sheet.
