The Parker Jotter 1953245 is a retractable ballpoint pen with a blue stainless steel barrel, chrome trims and the arrowhead clip, supplied with a blue medium-point QUINKflow refill. It is aimed at people who want a dependable everyday pen for the office, school or home with a bit more colour than the plain steel version.

This is Parker's classic Jotter shape: slim, light and clicked open with the push-button on the end. When the ink runs out you swap the refill and keep the pen. The same blue CT pen is also sold in a Parker gift box under a different code; this listing is the pen in its standard retail pack.
