The Pelikan Textmarker 490 eco in neon green (article 823425) is a chisel-tip highlighter that marks in three widths — 1, 2 and 5 mm — with water-based universal ink, high fluorescence and good transparency so the text underneath stays readable. It is a single highlighter for study, office reading and marking documents.
The eco version is made from 80% post-consumer recycled plastic while keeping the same tip, ink and cap as the classic 490. Pelikan specifies up to 8 hours of drying protection if the cap is left off, a cap that opens and closes with one hand, and production in Germany.
