PLANET HPOE-1200G 12-Port Gigabit 802.3at PoE+ Managed Injector Hub, 360W Budget, 19-inch 1U Rack, Internal Power Supply
PLANET HPOE-1200G — managed PoE+ for twelve devices from a 1U rack unit
The PLANET HPOE-1200G is a 12-port Gigabit PoE+ managed injector hub (mid-span) that adds IEEE 802.3af/at power — up to 30.8 W per port and 360 W in total — to twelve existing network links, in a 19-inch 1U rack chassis. It is built for sites that want to power cameras, access points and phones from an existing non-PoE switch and still monitor and control each PoE port remotely.
Each of the twelve channels has a data-in port from the switch and a data-plus-power port to the device; a separate Gigabit management port gives access to the web interface and SNMP.
What's in the Box

What It Means in Practice
- Twelve PoE+ devices can be added to an existing switch without replacing it, from one rack unit.
- PoE scheduling switches cameras or access points off at set times to save power.
- PD alive check can automatically power-cycle a frozen camera or access point.
- Per-port PoE priority keeps critical devices powered if the budget is reached.
What Will Not Work
- 802.3bt devices (60–90 W) will not be fully powered.
- It is not a switch: each device still needs its own switch port.
- No 2.5G/10G pass-through — 10/100/1000 Mbps only.
- The data ports are not managed — management covers the PoE functions.
