PNY PRO Elite microSDXC Memory Card 64GB, UHS-I U3 V30 A1 Class 10, with SD Adapter, for Phones, Tablets and Cameras

The PNY PRO Elite microSDXC 64GB with SD adapter (P-SDU64GV31100PRO-GE) is a UHS-I U3, V30, A1, Class 10 card for 4K action cameras, drones, Android phones and tablets, and — with the included adapter — cameras and laptops.

This is the A1 generation of PRO Elite. PNY’s current product page shows the newer A2 version, so we do not quote its speeds here; the U3/V30 rating guarantees 30 MB/s sustained write for 4K UHD recording.

• 1 × PNY PRO Elite microSDXC 64GB card
• 1 × microSD-to-SD adapter

• Formatted capacity is lower than the nominal 64GB — part of the space is used by the file system and the card firmware, so your device will show slightly less.
• The U3/V30 rating guarantees at least 30 MB/s sustained write — the level cameras, drones and action cams ask for when recording 4K UHD video.
• A1 (App Performance Class 1) means minimum random performance of 1,500 read / 500 write IOPS, so it works well as extra storage for apps on Android phones and tablets.
• SDXC cards come formatted exFAT, so single files larger than 4 GB (long video clips) are no problem.
• With the included SD adapter the same card also works in cameras and laptop SD slots.

• Devices that only support SD/SDHC (many cameras, car radios and card readers made before about 2010) will not recognise an SDXC card.
• UHS-II speeds — this is a UHS-I card; it works in UHS-II devices but only at UHS-I speed.
• 24/7 recording in dashcams or CCTV cameras — PNY does not rate this card as a high-endurance model; choose an endurance-rated card for continuous recording.
