The Poly Edge E100 is an entry-level IP desk phone with a 2.8-inch colour display, a status light bar and two line keys that support up to eight lines and contacts through pagination. It brings Poly HD Voice with NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence to filter background noise, dual Gigabit ports with PC pass-through, PoE power and a USB-C port for a headset or storage. Wall-mount hardware is included.

Compatibility — check before buying: This PoE-enabled version has no power supply in the box: it needs a PoE switch or injector (802.3af, Class 3). It does not support expansion modules (only the E400 and E500 series do), and it needs a SIP PBX or provider. The Edge E220 has four line keys. Not sure it fits? No. The 82M86AA is the PoE-enabled version and ships without a power supply. Power it from a PoE switch or injector.
Can I add a key expansion module?
No. The Edge E100 does not support expansion modules. The Edge E400 and E500 series do.
