Frequently Asked Questions
Singular Expert Insight
The important identifiers on 760Q8AA are monaural, USB-C and TAA. It is intended primarily as a straightforward professional voice headset rather than a multimedia-focused stereo model. At 70 g it is light enough for extended call sessions, while the single-ear design keeps users aware of colleagues and activity around them. If your workstation only provides USB-A, choose the correct USB-A EncorePro variant or a separately verified compatible adapter rather than assuming one is included.
