Poly EncorePro 320 USB-C — Everyday Stereo for Busy Desks
USB-CStereoNoise-cancelling micTAA compliant
The Poly EncorePro 320 is a two-ear wired headset with a USB-C plug, an inline call controller and a noise-cancelling boom microphone, built for contact centres and office workers who make calls from a Windows or Mac computer all day. It is the USB-C version of the EncorePro 320 and is TAA compliant.
Stereo sound on both ears helps concentration in noisy rooms, and the inline module puts answer/end, mute and volume under your fingertips. There is nothing to charge or pair: plug it into a USB-C port and start the softphone.
Before you order: USB-C plug only and no adapter in the box. For PCs with only USB-A ports choose the EncorePro 320 USB-A version, or add a USB-C to USB-A adapter.
What's in the Box
- Poly EncorePro 320 stereo headset with USB-C cable and inline controls
- User guide
What It Means in Practice
- Both ears covered: easier to focus on the caller in a loud contact centre.
- Inline answer/end, mute and volume let agents work without switching windows.
- The 135 mm boom rotates 290°, so the microphone can sit on either side.
- At 2.19 m the cable reaches comfortably from the desk to a PC under it.
- No battery to wear out and no Bluetooth to troubleshoot.
What Will Not Work
- No USB-A adapter included: USB-A-only computers need an adapter or the USB-A version.
- No active noise cancellation; the noise cancelling is in the microphone.
- Not wireless and no 3.5 mm plug for mobile phones.
- HP lists no Microsoft Teams certification for this SKU; it works in Teams as a standard USB headset.
