The Poly Voyager 4310 is a Bluetooth office headset that covers one ear, so you can still hear the colleague at the next desk while you are on a call. It links to your computer through the BT700 Bluetooth USB-C adapter supplied in the box and can stay paired with your phone at the same time, and HP publishes up to 24 hours of talk time per charge with the busy light switched off. Part number 77Y94AA is the version without a charging stand, certified for Microsoft Teams Open Office, Zoom and Google Meet.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Call audio travels over Bluetooth only. The USB-C cable in the box charges the headset — it does not carry sound — so a computer with neither Bluetooth nor a free USB port for the adapter cannot use it. The adapter supplied is USB-C and no USB-A adapter is included, so a desktop with only USB-A ports needs an adapter you provide. HP publishes microphone-side noise cancellation and hearing protection on this model but publishes no active noise cancellation for what you hear, so it quiets your caller’s background rather than yours. Tell us which laptop and which calling platform you use and we will confirm the fit before you order.
