The Poly Voyager 4320-M is a two-ear Bluetooth headset certified for Microsoft Teams, supplied with a BT700 USB-C adapter and a desk charging stand, made for office and hybrid workers who spend the day in Teams calls and want the headset charged and ready every morning. Poly rates it for up to 24 hours of talk time and 50 metres of range with the BT700.
The USB-C adapter gives the computer a pre-paired, certified link, while the headset can also connect to your mobile phone. When the battery runs low you can keep talking over a USB cable, and the stand removes the daily hunt for a charger.

What It Means in Practice
- Put the headset on the stand at the end of the day and it is full the next morning.
- The Teams button and certification give one-touch access to Teams calls and notifications.

What Will Not Work
- The BT700 adapter is USB-C: computers with only USB-A ports need an adapter or the USB-A version.
- No 3.5 mm jack and no desk-phone connection.
- Poly does not publish active noise cancellation for this model; noise reduction is done by the two microphones.
- This is the Teams (-M) version; if you need Zoom certification check the standard Voyager 4320.
