PORT Designs Hanoi II — Clamshell Laptop Case 13/14" (105063)

Laptops up to 14"Full-zip clamshell on a structural frameVelcro laptop strap + front pocketShoulder strap + trolley strap · PORT 2-year warranty

The PORT Designs Hanoi II 105063 is a black clamshell laptop case for 13- and 14-inch laptops: the zip runs fully around a structural frame so the case opens flat, a Velcro strap holds the laptop in place, and one large front storage pocket takes charger and accessories. Carry handles, a removable shoulder strap and a trolley strap on the back cover desk, street and airport. Covered by PORT’s two-year warranty. EAN 3567041050632. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.

Compatibility — check before buying:
PORT rates it for laptops up to 14" (35.6 cm); PORT’s page publishes no dimensions — resellers list an internal compartment of about 340 × 255 × 30 mm, external 385 × 280 × 75 mm and 400 g, which we treat as unverified. A 14" MacBook Pro (313 × 221 × 16 mm) fits comfortably; thick 14" gaming laptops over 30 mm should be checked. No water-resistance claim. The 15.6" and 17" Hanoi II are separate part numbers. Laptop not included.

Best For

✓ 13–14" business laptops and the 14" MacBook Pro
✓ Frequent flyers — trolley strap and flat-opening clamshell for security
✓ Commuters who want a rigid case rather than a soft bag
✓ Students
✓ Budget buyers who still want a structured case
✓ Fleet purchases for 14" laptops

Key Features

Clamshell on a frame
The zip runs around a structural frame, so the case opens flat like a book for easy laptop access and closes into a rigid shell that protects the corners.

Laptop strapped, accessories in front
A Velcro strap keeps the laptop from sliding inside the compartment; one large front pocket takes the charger, mouse and cables.

Street and airport ready
Carry handles, a removable shoulder strap and a trolley strap on the reverse that slides over a suitcase handle. PORT Designs two-year warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will a 14-inch MacBook Pro fit the PORT Hanoi II 13/14?
Yes — PORT rates the case for laptops up to 14" and the 14" MacBook Pro is 313 × 221 × 16 mm, well inside the ~340 × 255 × 30 mm compartment resellers quote.
Does it have a trolley strap?
Yes — PORT lists a trolley strap on the reverse, plus handles and a removable shoulder strap.
What is a clamshell case?
The zip runs all the way around so the case opens flat in two halves, like a book, rather than loading from the top. It is easier at airport security and protects the laptop on all sides.
Singular Expert Insight
The Hanoi II gives you the rigid-clamshell-plus-trolley-strap combination at a budget price, which is rare at 14". PORT is thin on published numbers, so for guaranteed fit the Dicota Eco Multi BASE 13–14.1 (D31323-RPET) states its max device size and adds a lifetime warranty. Pair it with a compact charger from laptop power supplies and a docking station at the desk.

Buyer’s Guide

Buy it if
