The Datalogic 8-0935 is a regulated 12 V DC AC/DC power adapter (RoHS) used with Datalogic scanner bases and cradles. Datalogic lists it in the accessories of the QuickScan 2100 (including the BC2030 base), QuickScan 2500, Gryphon 4200, Gryphon 4500, PowerScan 9100 and PowerScan 9501 series, and ships it in QuickScan kits such as QM2131-BK-433K2.
Datalogic's own description adds "Requires Power Cord": the adapter comes without a mains lead, so you order the cord for your country separately.
Before you order: For Cyprus order the UK power cord 6003-0923 with this adapter (EU cord: 6003-0940, US: 6003-0941). Without a cord the adapter cannot be plugged in.

What It Means in Practice
- Powers cordless scanner bases and charging cradles that need mains power, e.g. the BC2030 base of the QuickScan 2100 cordless kit.
- Also used where a corded scanner's interface cable needs external power because the host port cannot supply enough.
- Regulated output keeps the base charging reliably — a generic 12 V adapter with the wrong polarity or plug can damage the base.
What Will Not Work
- It cannot be used without a country-specific mains cord (not included).
- Datalogic lists it by scanner series; for models outside QuickScan 2100/2500, Gryphon 4200/4500 and PowerScan 9100/9501 send us the model first.
- It is not a USB charger and does not power devices over USB.
