Shuttle FSP300: a 300W replacement for compatible XPC cubes

The Shuttle FSP300 is an internal replacement power supply made by FSP Technology as FSP300-50FFB. Its fixed cables are designed for selected Shuttle XPC cube systems. The 300W combined output, 80 PLUS Bronze rating and active PFC provide a defined power platform for a compatible repair.

Compatibility — check before buying:
Check the exact XPC model and serial prefix before ordering. The 20-pin motherboard connector and Shuttle-specific cabling are not a promise of compatibility with every ATX PC. Screws and the AC cable are not included. Replacing a 500W supply with FSP300 reduces available power to 300W.

Match the XPC before replacing the PSU
SH610R4, SH510R4 and SH570R6 are supported across all serial numbers. Compatibility of SH310R4V2, SH370R6V2, SH370R6V2 Plus and SH370R8 depends on the serial prefix; the table below identifies supported and excluded revisions.
 
Defined output and connector limits
The combined output is limited to 300W, with up to 24A on +12V and a 80W combined limit for +3.3V/+5V. Power rails and connector ratings must be considered together with the installed components.
 
Compact cooling and protection
A 40mm ball-bearing fan cools the unit. Output overvoltage protection, short-circuit protection on every output and resettable shutdown are listed by Shuttle. The 100,000-hour MTBF is specified at 25°C and full load.
 
Plan the complete replacement
Use the existing compatible mounting screws and a suitable earthed AC lead, or obtain replacements separately. Check the total system power budget, motherboard/CPU plugs and graphics power connectors before installation.
