R-Go HE Break — Vertical Mouse, Medium, Left-Handed, Wireless

Vertical handshake grip, MediumLeft-Handed: hands 165 to 185 mmBluetooth 5 / 2.4 GHz / USB-CLED break indicator, AGR certified

The R-Go HE Break is a vertical ergonomic mouse that comes in three sizes and both hands, so the grip actually matches the person: this is the Medium left-handed model for hands 165 to 185 mm from wrist crease to fingertip, part number RGOHEWLL, EAN 8719274490319. The upright shape holds the hand in a handshake position with the thumb resting naturally, five buttons and five speeds from 400 to 2400 DPI cover everyday work, and it connects three ways — Bluetooth 5, 2.4 GHz or the USB-C cable. The Break in the name is a small LED that shifts from green to orange to red the longer you mouse without a pause, driven by R-Go’s free Break software, and the design carries the German AGR ergonomic certification. A 500 mAh battery gives about 150 hours per charge. Measure your hand and tell us which side you use; we will confirm the size.

Compatibility — check before buying:
Sizing and handedness decide everything: Small is for hands up to 165 mm, Medium 165 to 185 mm, Large 185 mm and over, each in right- and left-handed versions, and the six look alike in photos. This is Medium left-handed. Connection is Bluetooth 5, 2.4 GHz or wired over the included USB-C cable (with a USB-A converter); R-Go sells its 2.4 GHz dongle separately and does not publish the box contents, so plan on Bluetooth or the cable unless we confirm a dongle is in the box. R-Go’s manual notes the forward and back buttons are not supported on macOS. The break indicator needs R-Go Break installed. R-Go publishes no angle in degrees.

Best For

✓ RSI and wrist-pain sufferers on ergonomic or occupational-health advice
✓ Left-handed users who rarely get a properly sized vertical mouse
✓ Office workers who forget to take breaks
✓ Laptop users on Bluetooth with no free port
✓ Companies that need AGR-certified equipment
✓ Users who want a wired fallback over USB-C

Key Features

Sized and handed
Three sizes and both hands, so the vertical grip fits instead of approximately fitting. Made from recycled ABS and polycarbonate; about 105 g.

Three connections, 150 hours
Bluetooth 5 for laptops and tablets, 2.4 GHz with R-Go’s dongle, or the USB-C cable. The 500 mAh battery runs about 150 hours and charges in two hours.

Break indicator, AGR certified
An LED changes from green to orange to red as you keep mousing, a reminder from the free R-Go Break software to pause. The design is certified by the German AGR campaign for healthier backs.

Singular Expert Insight

The HE Break is the vertical mouse to specify when size and hand matter and the buyer wants Bluetooth: six variants, AGR certification and a break reminder. Order the size from the measurement, not the photo. See the rest of our wireless mice and ask us to match one to the hand.

Buyer’s Guide

Buy it if

You are left-handed with a hand 165 to 185 mm, want a vertical mouse with Bluetooth and a break reminder, and need AGR certification.

Skip it if

Your hand or hand side is different (five other variants), you need a dongle in the box, or you rely on forward/back buttons on a Mac.

Also consider

The other HE Break sizes, the R-Go Twister for a foldable ambidextrous mouse, or the Evoluent VerticalMouse D for a receiver-based vertical mouse.
