The RICOH 360 Meeting Hub (model RICOH Meeting 360 V2) is an all-in-one 360° conference camera with two 12 MP fisheye lenses, a three-microphone array with 6 m pickup and three 8 W speakers, connected to a laptop over USB-C. Placed in the middle of the table it shows every participant, with layouts such as a panorama plus auto-focused speakers.
It is designed for bring-your-own-device meeting rooms, classrooms and project spaces where people join from their own laptop on Teams, Zoom, Webex or Google Meet.
Before you order: The Meeting Hub works as a USB device for a laptop; Ricoh officially lists Windows 11 64-bit. It is not supported for VDI, thin clients or remote desktop, and the Ethernet port is for firmware updates only. For full 30 fps and volume use the included AC adapter.

What It Means in Practice
- From the centre of the table the 360° view shows every face; six screen layouts let you choose panorama, split 180° views or speaker focus.
- Three microphones cover a 6 m radius with echo cancellation and noise reduction.
- Three 8 W speakers reach 91 dB on the AC adapter — remote voices are clearly heard around the table.
- Two units can be paired wirelessly up to 4 m apart for long tables.
What Will Not Work
- It will not run meetings without a laptop — there is no built-in meeting software.
- On USB bus power only it drops to 10 fps and lower volume; use the AC adapter for normal meetings.
- It does not work through VDI, thin clients or remote desktop sessions.
- It has no HDMI output — the laptop drives the room display.
