The Rittal DK 7240.230 is a 19-inch socket strip in an anodised aluminium duct with five earthed Schuko sockets, overvoltage protection and an EMC interference filter, for racks and enclosures where equipment uses standard European plugs.
It mounts on 482.6 mm (19-inch) profile rails or a 19-inch mounting frame with the two supplied brackets and takes one rack unit of height. The important detail: the 2 m H05VV-F 3G1.5 cable leaves the factory without a plug, so it is meant to be connected by an electrician to a fixed supply or fitted with a suitable plug.
Before you order: The supply cable has no plug. Budget for an electrician to wire it or fit a plug before use. Sockets are Schuko (type F) — UK and IEC C13/C19 plugs do not fit without adapters.
