The Rivacase 8802 black melange is the Lantau ECO sleeve for 12.9–13.3-inch devices — Rivacase names the MacBook Air 13, MacBook Pro 13, iPad Pro 12.9 and Microsoft Surface — made from RPET polyester melange fabric and RPET faux leather, the equivalent of seven 500 ml bottles per sleeve by Rivacase’s figure. The laptop pocket measures 315 × 220 × 18 mm, there are zipped pockets on both the front and the back for phone, cards and accessories, and the whole sleeve is 335 × 240 × 20 mm and 330 g. Compatibility — check before buying:
Laptop pocket 315 × 220 × 18 mm: made for the 13" MacBook Air/Pro (304 × 215 × 11–16 mm), the 12.9" iPad Pro and Surface tablets; a 14" laptop or a thick 13" machine over 18 mm will not fit. Sleeve only — no handle, strap or trolley strap. The 5-year extended warranty requires registration at my-rivacase within 30 days of purchase (unique ID label sewn inside). Rivacase publishes 330 g; the 350 g in some listings is not the manufacturer figure. Device not included.
