The Compulocks Edge Band BNDTA9P is a rubberised silicone edge case for the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ 11" (2023), made for tablets used all day on counters, in classrooms, at reception desks and on shop floors.
It protects the four edges and corners where drops actually land, lifts the screen off flat surfaces with a raised bezel, and leaves the back open so Compulocks lock plates, grips and stands can be attached directly to the tablet.
Before you order: Compulocks lists this band for Galaxy Tab A9+ 11" models SM-X210, SM-X215 and SM-X216B only. It is not for the smaller Tab A9 8.7" (that is BNDTA9) or the newer Tab A11+ (BNDTA11P). Check Settings › About tablet for your model number.

What It Means in Practice
- Corners and edges are cushioned, so a slip off a desk or counter is far less likely to crack the frame or glass.
- The raised lip around the display keeps the screen off the table when the tablet is put down face-first.
- The rubber surface gives a secure grip and stops the tablet sliding on smooth counters.
- The open back accepts Compulocks adhesive lock plates, hand grips and stands, so you can secure or mount the tablet without removing the band.
- Cut-outs leave every button, port, speaker and camera usable, so USB-C charging works as normal.
What Will Not Work
- The back and screen surface are not covered — add a screen protector if the glass needs protection.
- There is no folio cover, keyboard or built-in kickstand.
- It will not fit the Galaxy Tab A9 8.7", Tab A11+, Tab S-series or other 11" tablets.
- It offers no theft protection by itself; a lock or stand must be added separately.
