The SanDisk Extreme SDHC 32GB 2-Pack (SDSDXVT-032G-GNCI2) contains two full-size SD cards rated Class 10, UHS-I U3 and V30, each with up to 100 MB/s read and 60 MB/s write, for DSLR and mirrorless cameras, camcorders and other devices with an SD slot that record Full HD or 4K video.

Two 32GB cards suit photographers who swap cards during a shoot or keep one per camera. SDHC also means wide compatibility: 32GB cards work in older cameras that do not accept SDXC. SanDisk rates them temperature-, water-, shock- and X-ray-proof.

• V30 / U3 means a guaranteed minimum sustained write of 30 MB/s — the rating most 4K cameras, drones and action cameras ask for.
• The up to 100 MB/s read figure is the maximum measured by SanDisk with a fast host; in a USB 2.0 reader or an older device real speed is much lower.
• Usable capacity is a little below 32GB because part of the card is used for formatting and management — this is normal for every memory card.
• 32GB per card is roughly 30–45 minutes of typical 4K or several hours of Full HD — two cards double that without a bigger single point of failure.

• Very old devices that accept only standard SD (2 GB maximum) — they cannot read SDHC.
• microSD slots (phones, drones, action cameras, Raspberry Pi) — this is a full-size SD card.
• UHS-II speeds — this is a UHS-I card; UHS-II cameras and readers run it at UHS-I speed.
