This Schwaiger set combines a 3 m flat modem cable with a TAE-F plug adapter for DSL connections at the telephone socket. The RJ45-style connectors use two contacts on centre pins 4 and 5, so connector shape alone should not be confused with an eight-wire Ethernet lead.
