The Smart Keeper MD04P1GN is a pack of ten green Mini Display Port Locks from Smart Keeper’s Essential Mini series — locks only, without a key. Each lock pushes into an unused Mini DisplayPort by hand, with no tools, software or power, and can only be taken out again with the Smart Keeper Lock Key Mini. In practice it stops an unauthorised display or capture device being connected to a video output, and keeps the port clean on shared, public and company equipment, and a coloured lock shows at a glance which ports are controlled. Smart Keeper sells the locks in colour-coded versions, so different teams or areas can be marked apart.

Compatibility — check before buying:
No key in this pack: Smart Keeper sells this 10-lock pack without the key. You need the Smart Keeper Lock Key Mini, sold separately, or the MD04PK set, which comes with a key — without one, fitted locks cannot be removed. It is for Mini DisplayPort only — full-size DisplayPort needs Smart Keeper’s separate DisplayPort Lock. Smart Keeper does not mention Thunderbolt, so do not assume it fits a Thunderbolt 1/2 port without asking us. The Essential Mini locks are not the same system as Smart Keeper’s Professional Mini range (for example CSK-MD04), which uses a different key, so do not mix the two. Not sure your port takes it?
