The STAEDTLER Mars micro carbon 250 05-2B is a tube of 12 mechanical pencil leads in 0.5 mm diameter and grade 2B, for writing, sketching and drawing on paper and drawing card. STAEDTLER describes the Mars micro carbon leads as stable and break-resistant for a long, smooth writing experience.
2B is a soft grade that gives darker, jet-black lines than the usual HB — popular for sketching, shading and for writers who prefer a bold line with light pressure. The leads follow ISO colour coding so the diameter is easy to identify.
Before you order: These are 0.5 mm leads. They only fit mechanical pencils made for 0.5 mm leads — check the diameter printed on your pencil (0.3, 0.5, 0.7 or 0.9 mm).
