STAEDTLER Mars micro carbon 250 — 0.7 mm B mechanical pencil leads, tube of 12
0.7 mmB12 leadsBreak-resistant
The STAEDTLER Mars micro carbon 250 07-B is a tube of 12 mechanical pencil leads in 0.7 mm diameter and degree B (soft — a darker, bolder line), for anyone who writes, sketches or drafts with a 0.7 mm mechanical pencil — office, school, engineering and technical drawing.
STAEDTLER describes the Mars micro carbon leads as stable and break-resistant, for a long and smooth writing experience. The tube follows ISO colour coding, so the diameter can be recognised at a glance in a drawer full of refills.
Before you order: Leads only fit pencils made for exactly 0.7 mm. Check the diameter printed on your mechanical pencil (usually on the clip or barrel) before ordering — 0.5 mm leads will not work in it.
What's in the Box
- 1 tube of 12 STAEDTLER Mars micro carbon leads, 0.7 mm, degree B
- No mechanical pencil is included
What It Means in Practice
- Degree B: soft — a darker, bolder line.
- 12 leads in a tube with ISO colour coding for the 0.7 mm diameter.
- Fits any mechanical pencil designed for 0.7 mm leads, including STAEDTLER 0.7 mm models such as the graphite 760 family.
- Graphite lines can be erased with a standard eraser.
What Will Not Work
- Not compatible with 0.3, 0.5 or 0.9 mm pencils, or with 2 mm leadholders.
- These are graphite leads, not coloured leads — for colour, STAEDTLER makes the separate Mars micro color 254.
- Pencil writing is not document-proof: for signatures or archive records use a pen.

Leads are a repeat purchase, so the only mistakes are the wrong diameter or the wrong degree. Match the 0.7 mm to your pencil and pick the degree by how dark you want the line. Order a few tubes together with other supplies from our stationery range.
✓ Buy it if you use a 0.7 mm mechanical pencil and like a dark, soft line.
