STAEDTLER pigment liner 308 Fineliner Set of 4, Black, Line Widths 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7 mm, Indelible Pigment Ink

The STAEDTLER pigment liner 308 set (308 WP4) contains four black fineliners in the line widths 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7 mm, in a stand-up STAEDTLER box — for writing, sketching, technical drawing, inking pencil drawings and architecture or engineering coursework.

The pigment ink is indelible, lightfast and waterproof on paper, so lines will not run when you add watercolour or highlighter over them and will not fade in daylight. Each pen has a long metal-sleeved tip that works with rulers from 0.2 mm and with templates from 0.1 mm. STAEDTLER states the black liners can be left uncapped for at least 12 hours (CAP OFF) without drying out, and that the ink is erasable on drafting (tracing) paper.

• Ink over pencil, then erase the pencil — the pigment line stays.
• Add watercolour, markers or highlighter over the lines without smudging or bleeding once dry.
• Long metal tip runs cleanly along rulers and stencils.
• CAP OFF: a pen left open for up to 12 hours still writes.

• Glass, plastic or metal — pigment liners are for paper; use a permanent marker on non-porous surfaces.
• Refilling — STAEDTLER does not list a refill for the 308.
• Heavy pressure on the 0.1 mm tip — it can bend.
• Colours other than black — this pack is black only.
