BUYER'S GUIDE
Best For: Homes, offices, or farms in areas with no fibre or reliable 4G/5G coverage. The Starlink V4 delivers consistent high-speed internet wherever a clear sky view is available — rural Cyprus, island properties, or remote worksites.
Performance Expectation: Real-world speeds of 80–180 Mbps are typical in most EU locations. Speeds vary by time of day and satellite congestion. Latency of 20–40 ms makes it suitable for video calls, streaming, and online gaming.
Know Before You Buy: A separate Starlink subscription is required. The dish requires an unobstructed view of the sky — use the Starlink app obstruction checker before purchasing. Not ideal for locations with heavy tree cover directly overhead.
Vs. Performance Kit: The Standard V4 is the right choice for fixed residential and small business use. The Performance Kit targets extreme-environment enterprise deployments and is significantly more expensive.
