The StarTech.com 12S-CABLE-LACING-BAR is a 1U horizontal cable lacing bar for 19-inch racks and cabinets. It gives patch cords, power cables and fibre a fixed support point in front of or behind a patch panel, switch or PDU, so the connectors are not carrying the weight of the cables.
The depth is adjustable from 40 to 96 mm relative to the rack posts, and the bar can be mounted facing inwards or outwards. Lacing points are spaced 8.5 mm apart for cable ties or hook-and-loop straps. It is made of black powder-coated SPCC steel and follows EIA/ECA-310-E.
