6U Vertical Wall-Mount Network Cabinet — low profile
6U vertical76 cm device depth29.3 cm off the wall90 kg
The StarTech.com RK630WALVS is a 6U vertical wall-mount network cabinet: the equipment is installed standing vertically, so deep devices run along the wall instead of sticking out from it. It takes devices up to 76 cm deep while the cabinet projects only 29.3 cm from the wall, and it carries up to 90 kg. The steel door locks with a key, there is also a lockable access panel, the steel side panels are closed and the cabinet is vented for passive cooling, with room for two optional 120 mm fans. It arrives fully assembled. In practice it puts a server, NVR or deep switch on the wall of a corridor or small room where a normal cabinet would be in the way.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Equipment mounts vertically. The 76 cm figure is the device length along the wall, not how far the cabinet sticks out. Check that your devices may be operated on their side and that their cabling fits the vertical layout. Wall load: 33 kg for the cabinet plus up to 90 kg of equipment; anchors are not included. Cage nuts and a shelf are not listed in the box. Send us the models of the devices you want to install and we check depth, height and weight for you.
