The Targus DEFCON CL (PA410E, also listed as DEFCON T-Lock Resettable Combination Cable Lock) secures a notebook, monitor or other device with a standard T-bar security slot to a desk using a 2 m galvanised steel cable and a 4-digit resettable combination — no keys to manage.

Targus includes SecureSpacers for different chassis thicknesses and a Security Base Plate, so the same lock can also anchor equipment that has no security slot, such as a desktop PC or peripheral, using the adhesive or screw mounting options.

• The factory code is 0000 — set your own 4-digit code before first use and record it.
• Spacers keep the T-bar head tight on thin laptops so it cannot be wiggled out.

• The 2 m cable reaches desk legs and cable trays that are further from the device.
