The Targus TBS976GL is the 13–14″ Puffer Sleeve in black: a slim, soft-padded sleeve with a quilted puffer outer, a plush lining and a front zip pocket, made for 13-inch and 14-inch laptops and devices. It weighs 0.22 kg and measures 35 × 3.5 × 29 cm on the outside, so it slides into a backpack, tote or carry-on without adding bulk. In practice it keeps the laptop free of scratches and knocks when it travels inside another bag, and carries the charger or mouse in the front pocket.

Compatibility — check before buying:
Size is the one thing to get right. This is the 13–14″ version. A 15″ or 16″ laptop will not fit; for those, the same sleeve in Black is TBS975GL. Targus publishes the size class and the outer dimensions (35 × 3.5 × 29 cm) but not the inner compartment size, so thick gaming or workstation laptops and models with wide bezels may be tight. It is a sleeve only — no handle and no shoulder strap. Send us your laptop model and we check the fit before you order.

This sleeve is made for 13-inch and 14-inch laptops. Targus does not publish the inner compartment size, so very thick or wide models can be tight. Send us your exact laptop model and we check it against the 35 × 3.5 × 29 cm outer size before you order.
Does it have a handle or strap?
No. It is a sleeve for protecting the laptop inside another bag or for carrying under the arm. If you want to carry it on its own, look at a brief or backpack from the same category.
What goes in the front pocket?
Targus describes it as an accessory pocket: a charger, a mouse, a cable or a small notebook fit well. Very large chargers of gaming laptops will make the sleeve bulge.
