The Techly IDATA-KVM-HDMI2U is a 2-port HDMI KVM switch that shares one HDMI display, a USB keyboard and mouse, speakers and a microphone between two computers, with support for 4K at 30 Hz and 1920 x 1200 PC resolutions. Part number IDATA-KVM-HDMI2U is HDMI 1.4 and HDCP compliant, passes Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, and adds a protected USB 2.0 sharing port.

Compatibility note: This is an HDMI 1.4 switch with 3 Gb/s video bandwidth, so 4K runs at 30 Hz. Techly's data table also shows a 4K 60fps entry, but the product description and HDMI 1.4 bandwidth both point to 30 Hz; plan for 30 Hz at 4K or 60 Hz at 1080p/1200p. The box lists one HDMI + USB combo cable; order a second for the other computer if needed.

Not really. HDMI 1.4 limits 4K to 30 Hz, which is fine for office work and video but feels sluggish in games. At 1080p it runs at 60 Hz.
