tesa INSULATION film (05432) is a transparent window insulation film, 4 m × 1.5 m, that is fixed on the inside of a window frame with the included double-sided tape and tightened with a hairdryer, creating an insulating air cushion that keeps out cold and reduces condensation.
tesa designs it for single-glazed windows and doors. The film is made of PE and PET with a solvent-free acrylic adhesive and withstands up to 80 °C. You will need a cleaning agent, tape measure, scissors and a hairdryer to fit it.
Before you order: Designed for single-glazed windows. tesa states the tape is not removable without residue, so test on painted or delicate frames first.
