The ZT61043-T0E01C0Z is the 300 dpi ZT610 industrial printer with a fitted UHF RFID reader/encoder and manual tear-off bar. It prints visible text and barcodes while writing data to compatible RFID label inlays, for workflows that need both a printed identifier and electronic tag data. USB, Serial, Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth 4.0 and dual USB Host are included. This is the older non-touch colour LCD configuration, supplied with EU/UK power cords and a media spindle.

Before you order:
RFID requires compatible UHF labels, appropriate encoding commands/software and validation of the tag design and regional configuration. Ordinary labels can be printed but cannot store RFID data. The 300 dpi print-engine limit is 12 ips / 305 mm/s; encoding throughput depends on the tag and job. Wi-Fi, cutter and rewind are not fitted.

What It Means in Practice

  • For a tagged carton, load qualified RFID labels and a matching ribbon for thermal transfer, calibrate media and RFID, then send the printed layout plus encoding data from your application. Remove the printed label manually and verify it in the intended reading workflow.
  • Printing a barcode and encoding an RFID inlay are separate operations. Your software must supply the correct tag data; the printer does not invent inventory records or provide a complete tracking system.
  • Use suitable heat-sensitive stock without a ribbon for direct thermal, or a matched label/ribbon combination for thermal transfer. Test real tags, label spacing and speed before production.

What Will Not Work

  • This is a UHF RFID configuration, not an HF/NFC tag encoder. The NFC Print Touch setup tag is a separate feature.
  • It does not automatically cut, peel, rewind or apply labels. Wi-Fi requires optional equipment.
  • Maximum printing speed is not a guaranteed RFID encoding rate; validate the actual inlay and data workflow.

What does the RFID option do?
It writes data into compatible UHF RFID inlays while printing visible text and barcodes. It requires suitable labels and a host application that supplies encoding commands and data.
Is this a complete tracking system?
No. Inventory software, readers and the broader tracking workflow must be provided separately. Ordinary paper labels cannot store RFID data.
Does this SKU have Wi-Fi, a cutter or a touchscreen?
