The ZT51042-T1E0000Z is the 203 dpi Zebra ZT510 industrial label printer with a fitted cutter. It prints barcodes, text and graphics up to 104 mm wide using thermal transfer or direct thermal media. The cutter separates printed media under software control, making this configuration useful for batches of individually cut labels or strips. USB, RS-232, Gigabit Ethernet and Bluetooth LE provide the verified connections; Wi-Fi is not fitted.

Before you order:
This is the 203 dpi cutter configuration, with a maximum print speed of 12 ips / 305 mm/s. Cutter media must be 0.076–0.23 mm thick with a minimum 38 mm label length; qualify the stock and cutting workflow before use. Parallel and USB Host require optional cards.

What It Means in Practice

  • For a label batch, load suitable stock, add a matching ribbon for thermal transfer, calibrate and send the format from your host application. Configure the software to cut individual labels or groups as required.
  • Direct thermal needs heat-sensitive stock without ribbon; thermal transfer requires a ribbon matched to the label material. The cutter separates media but does not automatically stick labels onto products.
  • The 203 dpi printhead should be chosen around the smallest text and barcode in your label. Test actual supplies, layout and cut frequency rather than assuming the maximum 305 mm/s is the sustained cut-batch speed.

What Will Not Work

  • The cutter option is not compatible with rewind and peel options according to Zebra.
  • This SKU does not provide fitted Wi-Fi, Parallel or USB Host. Bluetooth LE is mainly for setup and light data transfer.
  • Do not use non-thermal paper for direct thermal output or operate thermal transfer without a suitable ribbon.
